Coronavirus – Administration Notice of Operations

Due to recent actions taken by our government and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Board of Directors have made the decision to take the following proactive measures for our Members and the MLEPOA, Inc. Staff.

Effective immediately, Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 10am – Monday, March 30, 2020 at 8am

The Administration Office staff will be working during normal business hours (8am-4pm Monday-Friday) to assist you with any questions via telephone and email. There is a drop box on the front office door where payments and other documents may be dropped off.

OFFICE WILL BE OPEN BY APPOINTMENS ONLY. If a situation arises that requires personal attention, please contact the office at 570-828-8244 or

Due to the restrictions of social gatherings, the Board Meeting for March 24, 2020 will be an Executive meeting only. If you have any questions regarding the Budget, please contact the office and we will make sure your concerns are addressed.

The Board of Directors strongly encourage Members to avoid shared public spaces and practice “social distancing” in order to help slow the spread of the coronavirus. This unfortunate situation is unprecedented, and we are doing our best to keep our Members safe.

The Public Restrictions will be reevaluated after this two week trial period.
