Dear Members of Marcel Lake Estates:
As of Friday, May 29th, per Governor Wolf, we will be moving into the Yellow Phase of reopening. During the reopening, we will be following the direction of Governor Wolf, the CDC, and PA Department of Health Guidelines.
The office will be open for business full time 8am-4pm – All in Person Business will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY. For the safety of the community and staff, only one person will be allowed in the office at one time and must wear a mask.
Amenities – We are working on a plan to safely open the Amenities to the members. We will be following the PA Department of Health and CDC guidelines to safely open the pool, playgrounds, exercise trails and tennis courts. How and when our amenities open, will depend on our Governor’s orders and Safety Guidelines. We fully intend on safely opening our Amenities to our residents but due to restrictions, we may be limited.
We hope our residents and their families are doing well, we understand this is a difficult time. This has been exceedingly difficult for the community as a whole and would appreciate your cooperation as we try devise a plan to safely open our community.
