Hello Members,
At last nights meeting, the pool opening was discussed. There will be restrictions this season due to COVID19. The restricts are listed on the new Pool Rules. When you come to get your badges updated and sign the Pool Wavier form, you will received the new rules. The pool is scheduled to open June 20th, with the contingency of correcting two electrical issues.
If you do not have an updated badge, you will not be able to enter the pool! There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Members must be in good standing in order to access the pool.
Due to the restricted occupancy limit at the pool, only residential members will be permitted, no Guest(s). We have a 50% occupancy limit, which is 75 people in the Yellow Phase and a 75% limit in the green, which is 125. With our neighboring communities not opening their pools, we have to make sure OUR residents have access before guest(s). This rule will be revisited as the stages of reopening change.
Please bring your own chairs, we will not be supplying chairs this season due to the extensive cleaning that has to be done throughout the day. The pool will be closed from 3:00 – 4:30 for disinfecting. It will reopen 4:30-6:30, then closed for disinfecting.
Please understand that we are trying our best under the circumstances to open the pool amenity safely. It will be a difficult season but with the cooperation of our residents, we should be able to open the pool safely to our members. If the restrictions are not followed, we will have no choice but to shut the pool down for the season. If you are unhappy with the situation, please contact your Governor, Tom Wolf.
